Viabrance, operated by Viabrance Music, LLC., allows customers to cancel their orders under the following terms:

1. Cancellation Before Shipping

• Orders can be canceled anytime before they are shipped
• A 100% refund will be issued to the original payment method
• No cancellation fees will be charged

2. Cancellation After Shipping

• If the order has already been shipped, it can no longer be canceled
• You may instead follow our Return & Refund Policy to initiate a return within 30 days of delivery

3. Refund Timeline

• Refund approval is confirmed via email
• Refunds are processed within 2 business days after approval
• Additional bank processing may take 3–7 days

4. Fraud or Payment Issues

Viabrance reserves the right to cancel any order if:

• Fraud is suspected
• Payment fails authorization
• Incorrect billing or delivery information is detected
  (Canceled orders will not be charged)

5. How to Request a Cancellation
